Here at Jack Heard Garden Design we help our clients in the design of their gardens. We use original features that are already in your garden whilst enhancing the space by adding, simplifying or modifying features. Whether it is visiting plant nurseries ,botanical gardens, garden centres I get inspiration for our landscaping from many sources.. We cover Wiltshire, Somerset, Bath, Bristol and the whole of the South West. Having lived in Wiltshire my whole life I have a rare perspective, developing lots of contacts and good links with suppliers and local tradesmen and knowing the locality inside and out.

I love using planting and soft landscaping in my designs, wildlife and sustainability are very important to me .The balance of nature is vital in our gardens, regreening spaces and encouraging wildlife back into our outdoor spaces, with spaces under fences for hedgehogs , perennial planting to encourage bees, butterflies and other insects, wildflower meadows and less grass mowing to again encourage insects and other wildlife.
